Academic Resources

 Program Faculty are your first point of contact when you have concerns about your academic success. Faculty can assist you with understanding assignment and program expectations and provide feedback to help you improve.

There are also many services available in the College to assist you build and improve skills to be more successful in your courses:

  • Tutoring - Tutoring services are available for personal one-on-one tutoring, math or writing drop-ins - available in-person or online
  • Academic Skills - staff can assist you with skills around time management & organization, studying & testing taking, reading & notetaking and presentations.
  • Library - staff provide guidance on citation and research skills that will help you meet the expectations of your assignments.
  • Accessible Educations Counsellors - can assist students with diagnosed disabilities to set up accommodations. Students who feel they may have undiagnosed disabilities are also able to set up appointments to discuss their options further.
  • Student Success Coaches - Fleming Student Success Coaches are non-judgmental listeners that provide support to students encountering challenges, or who feel lost navigating the services or processes that Fleming has in place.
