Student FAQs regarding Academic Integrity

Once you have successfully completed your assigned D2L Module with 80% or higher on the necessary quizzes, you will receive a system award.

To print or email the certificate you select "Assessments" in the module from the top menu, and then select "Awards" from the options. You will see icons for the course awards you have received. Click on the award you would like a certificate for, and select "generate certificate". This will create a certificate that you can save and email to the faculty that assigned the module.

Academic integrity appeals can only be appealed if you have received your final grade in your course. There are strict timelines in submitting an appeal so be sure to review the academic issue resolution process.

The Student Administrative Council (SAC) and Frost Student Association (FSA) are available to support students from their respective campuses with the academic appeal processes.

The record of your academic integrity violation is posted to your student electronic record. It is accessible to faculty and is reviewed to determine when/if a student has had similar violations in the past.

If you receive academic penalties that affect your grades, the resulting final grades would be noted on your official transcript.
