Archives : Policies and Procedures

Mission Statement

The Fleming Archives will collect and preserve documents, photographs, drawings, audio tapes, and similar material pertaining to the College. This material will be stored and organized to allow its use by anyone interested in the history of the College.

Archive Access

Access to the Archives can be arranged by contacting the Copyright Technician, Marcia Steeves at 705-749-5530 ext 1356.

Use of materials is limited to faculty and staff at this time. Policies are currently under development for public/student access to the collection.

What is in the Archives?

The materials contained within the Archives are a collection of documents, photos and art work related to the main business of the college for the areas noted in the Archival Organizational Chart below.
