Search For Articles & Essential Journals

Law and Justice Databases

Finding Canadian content for some Law & Justice topics can be difficult. Here are some techniques to try:

  • Use a Canadian database
  • Use the Geography limiter in Discovery
    • Remember to click Show More and select provincial / municipal headings as well
  • Use Canada as a keyword (also try variants such as Canadian, Canad*)
  • Search within a specific periodical (eg. Maclean's, Globe and Mail) using Electronic Journal Search
