Student Success Services: Book a Meeting

If you’re worried about a student but don’t feel the situation requires an immediate crisis response, we’re here to help. You can complete the Student of Concern form below to initiate a referral to the Student Support response team.

This form is available for anyone connected to the student – whether your faculty, staff, a fellow student, family member, or roommate. We’re here to support you and the students every step of the way.

*Form submissions are not monitored outside of normal business hours, including weekends and College holidays. If you have immediate concerns, call Campus Security at 705-749-5530 ext 4444 or 911.

Your Student Success Coaches are here to assist you, address your concerns and help you find answers. We can help you by providing you with resources and referrals to assist with your learning success

To book a meeting with a Student Success Advisor, use the drop-down menu below to choose your program. If you cannot find a time that works with your schedule, simply send an email to studentsuccess@flemingcollege.ca and we will work with you to find a suitable time.

Please note: Student Success Advisors cannot make changes to timetables. To modify your full-time timetable during the registration period, please use the Add/Drop/Swap feature in your Student Centre.

For support the Registrar’s Office offers drop-in help during registration check the Portal Announcements for session times. If you need a full section switch or require program-related advising, please contact your Program Coordinator.
