You will receive an immediate email response with a ticket number. Save this email ticket; it will be referenced when IT responds to your request. ITS staff are assigned specific tickets and will follow-up with you in less than 1 business day.

Minimum Computer Requirements

Recommend Internet service: 2.5 Mbps Download and 3.0Mbps Upload

PC  Computer Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10
• Processor: Core i5 - 1.6Ghz minimum
• Memory: 8GB minimum
• Hard disk: 160GB minimum

MAC Computer Requirements:

• Operating System: MacOS 10.12 or newer
• Processor: Core i5 6th Gen or better
• Memory: 8GB minimum
• Hard disk: 160GB minimum 

Note: Some required software applications are not available for MAC OS or Chromebook.
