Criterion-on-Demand is an on-line feature film digital delivery platform, currently hosting over 2,600 feature film & documentary titles from a wide variety of major producers, including, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox, Alliance Films, Entertainment One, and many more!

All movies available on Criterion-on-Demand use digital rights management (DRM) for playback, which may not be supported by some mobile operating systems. For best results access from laptops or home computers.

Curio is our CBC video streaming service. Here you find Canadian programs such as The Nature of Things, News in Review, Marketplace, Doc Zone, and The National. Much of the content on Curio focuses on Canadian current events including issues in the Health and Justice fields, Indigenous issues, as well as Environmental Studies. Material is offered in both English and French, and many programs feature teachers guides. You can browse programming on this site, though using the search function on this service yields best results.

Films on Demand includes over 20,000 instructional and documentary video titles about the Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Health, and Science. FOD offers of a number of instructional materials in the health related fields, early childhood education, as well as counseling and psychology.

You can use Films on Demand by searching for keywords such as “Bullying” or “Global Warming”, or search for a specific title. You can also browse by clicking on a subject and scrolling through all the videos in a category.

Kanopy

Kanopy offers a broad selection of high quality independant films, documentaries and training videos from thousands of producers with new releases  launched daily.

Featured producers in Kanopy's collection include Criterion Collection, PBS, Kino Lorber, First Run Features, BBC, Roland Collection, Green Planet Films, MVD, Seventh Art, Psychotherapy. net, Symptom Media, and many more. Subjects focus on social and environmental issues, philosophy, gender studies, and independent cinema.

Linkedin Learning is a video streaming site that focuses on tutorials and mini courses around software, design, and business skills. Examples of videos include “Learning Zoom”, "Excel Essential Training", "Scrum: The Basics", and “Dealing with Difficult People in Your Office”.

  • To access the Fleming College subscription to Linkedin Learning, go to Linkedin Learning 
  • Click Sign in
  • Enter your Fleming Email Address
  • Choose to Sign in with Single Sign On
  • Sign in with your Fleming username and password.

Credo Reference Video

Our Credo Reference database offers over a thousand videos with content on art, astronomy, anthropology, atmospheric science, botany, chemistry, food and cooking, geology, human anatomy, medicine, and more. Many which have short accompanying text.
